Nicole Medway

Nicole has spent her career in strategy, operations and investment roles across a variety of industries.  As an Associate at Shoal Harbor Capital, she focuses on sourcing, analyzing and executing investment opportunities, as well as partnering with portfolio companies and our operating partners on value creation initiatives.

Prior to Shoal Harbor Capital, Nicole was a Summer Associate at Nexus Capital Management, where she conducted diligence on opportunistic equity and debt investments. Before business school, Nicole was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising global clients on operational transformation, M&A execution, and organizational strategy.  She began her career at Kraft Heinz, where she held roles spanning corporate strategy, external manufacturing procurement, and new product development.

Nicole holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Manufacturing & Design Engineering and a minor in Business Institutions from Northwestern University.
