Jon Campbell, CPA

Jon serves as a fractional Controller for Shoal Harbor Capital. He is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in finance, regulatory compliance, and financial technology.  Jon is responsible for managing the firm’s accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting and analysis to support firm operations.

Jon has served as Controller for multiple firms in the healthcare space, including a leading healthcare consulting firm and a specialized home care agency, where he managed all financial operations. His earlier career in public accounting included managing audits for various organizational structures including 501(c)(3) organizations and real estate entities. As a CPA with both tax and audit experience, he brings a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and risk management to his role.

Jon is particularly passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance financial operations, including the implementation of AI-driven accounting solutions and automated workflows. He holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he graduated as Valedictorian.
